Customer Forms

Below is a list of forms that you may print, complete and forward onto Altec.

Usually your Certified Design Consultant will have already attended to these.

Sometimes however the need for one or more of these forms to be completed may arise at a later date. If so, our Construction Department representative or Administration Manager will simply make contact with you advising a quick visit to this page to download and complete the relevant form. Council Authority Form

This form should be completed and submitted with every Building Agreement. This form will...

1. a) Inform Altec that you will attend to and take responsibility of all Council approvals or

b) Instruct Altec to take responsibility for Council approval.

2. a) Inform Altec that you will carry out stormwater connection or

b) Instruct Altec to carry out stormwater connection.

3. a) Authorise Altec to obtain any necessary information required to finalise correct and complete regulatory approvals or

b) You do not authorise Altec leaving this action if necessary to be completed by you at a later date.

B.C.C. Relaxation Application Form (Neighbour’s Statement)

This form is required when for example your Patio Cover is closer than 1.5m to your neighbour’s boundary, your carport encroaches the area 6m from the front boundary or in conjunction with any other structure proceeds further than 9m along a boundary.

Fill out the particulars required by the form including your neighbour’s comments. Hopefully the concerns are ‘Nil’ and ask your neighbour to sign and date at the bottom right corner.

Relaxation Application Form

(Other Councils)

This form simply applies to Council Authorities other than the Brisbane City Council. Complete the form as required and have your neighbour sign and date it. If you should have any questions about the completion of this form do not hesitate to phone Altec.

Builder's Checklist

This form is a check list that is to be used by your Altec Builder as the job is completed. Your Altec Builder must complete and submit this form to Altec Construction Department before he can receive instructions for his next project.
